II. JOB SUMMARY

CondoCompare is an early stage start-up founded by young Real Estate experts needing a seasoned Chief Operating Office to help the company establish itself, deliver on it's market opportunity and set the company for acquisition or IPO.

The COO is responsible for the performance of the Company's businesses, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by the board of the Company and for maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the Founders and Executive/non-executive directors.

The COO will plan and direct all aspects of CondoCompare operational policies, objectives, initiatives, being directly responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals.

The COO helps the founders manage the relationships between the Company and its Board of Directors, customers, employees, community, government agencies and the industry. The COO will be a member of the Board of Directors.

III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. To manage the creation of an appropriate vision and long-term strategy for the Company to be agreed by the board
  2. To successfully communicate and implement general policies established by the Board of Directors; directs their administration and execution
  3. To build and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team, establishing a basic personnel policy, initiating and monitoring policies relating to personnel actions and training and professional development programs
  4. To develop and put in place strategic operating plans and budgets for each of the group's business units and central functions that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities of the board.
  5. To establish an appropriate structure for the group and its management
  6. To ensure appropriate and satisfactory systems are in place for monitoring group performance against plans and budgets, coordinating the development of CC long-range and annual (business) plans, operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements; takes effective corrective action as required
  7. To put in place an effective system of controls throughout the group, covering nonfinancial as well as financial controls
  8. To ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees
  9. To ensure that the Company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practice
  10. To ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with Communication and reporting
  11. To report to the board regularly on the operation of the Company's businesses both at board meetings and at other times
  12. To provide such information to the board as the board and the Executive Chairman require in order for the board to assess the performance of the business and the achievement of the agreed strategy and budget

V. REQUIREMENTS

A demonstrated wide degree of creativity and latitude and extensive experience in start-up environment leading to trade sale or IPO.

Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 20 years of experience in the technology field, preferably in related industry.

Experience with fund raising, developing and managing to forecasts and budgets.

Strong internet based technology background working with software-based systems, lead generation and search optimization experience a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The VP of IT role contributes to REI's success by creating and fulfilling technology strategies to deliver on REI's mission and highly information-dependent growth. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Director is responsible for selling our entire service offering to prospective clients.
