Liliane Lendvai

Liliane joined Herd Freed Hartz in 2021 as Director focusing on nationwide retained executive searches for clients across Non-Profit, Technology, Public Sector, Consumer, Manufacturing and Health & Biotech industry verticals.

Prior to joining Herd Freed Hartz, Liliane was a Director at Blair Search Partners, a boutique, retained search firm based in San Diego. While at the firm, she led executive search engagements for corporate, nonprofit, and public-sector clients, with industries spanning health and human services, education, arts and culture, and philanthropy. In addition, Liliane managed consulting projects for both individuals and organizations to provide strategic insight regarding topics such as talent attraction and retention; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); and job searching methodologies.

Outside of recruiting, Liliane spent several years as a music instructor and taught both privately and for award-winning music programs. She has also served as a board member and committee member for several organizations, plus completed trainings and certifications around community engagement and civic leadership. She received both her BA (graduating summa cum laude) and later her MBA with an emphasis in International Business from California State University San Marcos.
